"Room review"
I had a great time staying at Geodana, Walter and his staff were always friendly and always helpful, my room was above my expectation, most of the amenities were thee that I would need, the bed was excellent, and if there was anything that was needed Walter was quick to get it for you, Walter was always asking and making sure my stay was going good and asking if I needed anything.Was this review helpful? "Comfortable and Great Location "
I stayed there from January to April and it was the best experience ever. Even in the short amount of months I was there I experienced great service and had a comfortable stay. It’s also a great location near restaurants and bars. Walter and his staff was really helpful and food is delicious. I would be staying there again if I ever go back again. "Great apartment for staying in Yokosuka "
I had the pleasure to stay here for a few weeks while working in the area. The apartment is spacious and clean. The staff are exceptional and the owner Walter went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I highly recommend for anyone staying in Yokosuka. I gave Geodana Restaurant 3 stars only because I didn’t not get a chance to try it.The apartment was very clean and spacious. The provided “English manual” was very helpful for easily working the various appliances. The location is close to many good restaurants and the train station. The building has good security with lockboxes out front. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The apartment has a spacious shower which is hot and has good water pressure.
The area can get a bit loud at night due to being on a street with busy nightlife almost every night. However there is not much that can be done about that, and it is a problem you would likely face with any hotel on this street.

"One great place!"
I’ve have been trusting in Geodanas services for years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner and staff will cater to any need you have. I recommend anyone going to Yokosuka to try and book with Geodana lodge.Clean, comfortable, centrally located, air conditioning, washer and dryer, walk in shower room, bidet,outdoor balcony, locked entrance at the street level, discount on food at the delicious Geodanas restaurant(located in the same building). Easy online booking. Easy to pay your bill. Smart tv, dining room table, love seat, comfortable bed,gas cooktop, oven, fish cooker, weekly cleaning service, full-size refrigerator and all around great service and inviting atmosphere.

"Great for longer stays"
Geodana Lodge is set up for DoD contractors here for longer stays. It's not a hotel, it is barebones in terms of "hotel" amenities, but makes up for it quality appliances and location.Close to base, shower/bath, washer/dryer are excellent. Free internet (wifi). Heaters/ACs work great. Bed was comfy. Gas stove works great. Water got super hot. One touch automatic bath filler/recirculator. Water pressure excellent. Rooftop BBQs on holidays was super fun. Once a week basic cleaning.
TV is basic with terrible sound. Bring your own soundbar if you want decent sound. Couch is not very comfortable. Pillows take getting used to. Difficult to set up comfortable workspace (if you need to work from the apartment). Dishwasher is kind of pointless. Needed to purchase some additional amenities (extra spoons, bowls, cups, soap, hair dryer, etc...). No smaller trash bins in bathroom/toilet. Cold tile floor (bring/buy slippers). Electricity off when key is removed from room (except for appliances). Cannot recommend the restaurant's food except for the 1000 yen discount makes it better value.

"Great host with lots of amenities!"
Walter takes a special interest in every guest organizing social gatherings and checking in odten. The room is large with all of the kitchen items required. Close to the Base with lots of eating options available. Highly recommended!Ammenities Size Host

Great lodge, very nice and clean lodge, feel like staying at your own apartment or home. Very convenient place, couple blocks from Yokosuka Chuo train station. Lots of nice restaurants around the area. Karaoke, bars…..,Convenience

"Quite!"
The kitchen was brand new. Cozzy mattress! Walter is very kind and i felt very safe at this property!Bathroom, shower, separate washer/dryer, very little street noise! New, clean! icemaker is in the freezer!
